With over 15 years of proven success in sales, I’ve worked with some of the largest technology corporations, business partners, and distributors, serving clients across industries such as manufacturing, software, life safety, construction, and hospitality. My experience spans whitespace accounts, SMBs, and complex enterprise organizations, where I consistently delivered results, earning multiple sales awards and achieving Top 1% contributor status.
But despite my success, I chose to leave technology sales. Why? I felt a deeper calling to help other sales professionals achieve their own success. Over time, I became disillusioned with outdated sales methodologies and how sales teams were treated—often undervalued and pressured to prioritize numbers over relationships. Companies focused on results at the expense of personal and professional growth, leaving little room for innovation or development.
I believe there’s a better way. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced the motto, “Do the Right Thing,” and founding this company is my way of redefining what sales can and should be.
